create proteins

There is a common misconception that proteins are only for muscles. They account for a lot of the functional components of cells. This includes enzymes, hormones, transportation and of course to repair micro tears in myofibrils which creates larger muscles.

molecular structures

The molecular structure below this description is Adenine, one of four nucleotides found in DNA and RNA and is used as code for creating proteins.

SYNTHESISE INSULIN

Use the nucleotides as code to create a chain of amino acids to create the protein insulin. Below are the amino acids with nucleotides underneath in groups of three(called codons).

SEE IT IN ACTION

Well instead of reading about it, why not just see how it works? The App can now be downloaded on the App Store. Or in the launch trailer below you can see examples of mRNA nucleotides (orange) used as code for tRNA (blue) that need to match to transfer their amino acids to the growing chain of amino acids to complete the protein insulin.
