Following Ideas

REALITY OR DREAM

I think most people have an idea. Some ideas are good and some are not. Sometimes the ideas are actually pretty useful in that they might actually solve problems. But of course just having an idea is probably or more than likely not enough.

Humans first need a mindset to want to pursue an idea. Depending on what someone might come up with, there’s probably a chance this part isn’t that tough.

Then there’s the requirement of persisting when pursuing the idea is difficult. I think for the most part, this is what differentiates an idea that comes to fruition and an idea that someone just thinks about every now and then.

Of course it’s more than possible to run the risk of pursuing something with incredible tenacity only to find out that maybe the idea wasn’t so great after all.

I’ve had this idea for creating this app for about three years now.

There are quite a few highlights in pursuing an idea that some people might find to be, how would you say? Slightly touched in the head might be a nice way to say it.

I’ve had people laugh at the idea, tell me it’s more than likely not going to work and honestly I’m not entirely sure I’m not crazy after still continuing to pursue the idea for what seems to me as a pretty large amount of time.

Maybe that’s why the saying it’s ninety nine percent perspiration and one percent ideation exists. Maybe it’s why most startups fail, maybe they were chasing windmills.

This idea seems to me like it might make a difference and for me that’s enough to pursue it.

These entries are intended to provide value and a look at the behind the scenes of creating an app.
